Jon Fletcher

Jon Fletcher is an achiever. As the Head Coach of the Hunter Jaegers in the 2006-2007 season, Jon is the first male that has coached professionally at the highest domestic level of Netball, the National League. He led his team to compete for the Commonwealth Bank Trophy.

Jon has proven his ability to achieve against the odds. His journey of rising to the top of a female dominated sport hasn't been an easy road. However, with fierce determination and enthusiasm, Jon has gained many valuable lessons and experiences both on and off the court.

A multiple International, National and State Championship winning Coach, Jon is an inspiring and energentic speaker both within Australia and Overseas. Jon speaks with authority, experience, passion and homour on a variety of topics including coaching, motivation, mental toughness and achieving success.

Jon's ability to relate unique true life experiences in relation to being a minority in a field of world class sports women is truly inspiring.
